This blend is just a little special.
Our friends Paddle Steamer Waimarie came to us to create a signature blend to complement a journey 125 years in the making.
The brief, something full bodied and timeless. Smokey subtleties of yesterday, with the sweetness and complexity we expect of modern day specialty coffee. We took cues from our Mangaparo blend, adding some Aceh Takengon Pegasing to assist in bringing a earthier, less sweet profile, and developed our roast just a touch longer.
The result, our strongest coffee. Perfect with milk, or a black coffee with a smokey kick.
