C Minus is our house decaf. Rich and full of flavour, despite its name, C- is an overachiever, kicking the coffee craving to the curb without the attitude problem caffeine brings to the party.

Recommended for Espresso, Plunger, Filter

Recipe: Espresso: 20g dose, 45g yield in 30 seconds.

We find this Decaf tastes great from 10 days after roast.

Tip: Decaf needs to be ground slightly finer than our other blends to achieve the best results.
